We are looking for a talented and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that solve real-world business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to build intelligent systems, optimize model performance, and integrate AI capabilities into scalable applications. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in machine learning, data processing, and software development. Key Responsibilities: Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions Work with large datasets to extract insights and improve model accuracy Design and implement data pipelines and preprocessing workflows Integrate AI/ML models into production systems and APIs Monitor and optimize model performance over time Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning Requirements: Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and concepts Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn Experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas and NumPy Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Nice to Have: Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI Knowledge of MLOps tools and deployment pipelines Experience working with real-time data systems
