Volunteer Andean Textile Research Specialist at Hecho Por Nosotros — Paramaribo

Hecho Por Nosotros is seeking a motivated volunteer to contribute to qualitative research on Andean textiles and information management. Based in Paramaribo, you will help document and structure valuable knowledge about traditional textile techniques. This full-time volunteer role offers a unique opportunity to combine research with cultural heritage. Your responsibilities include conducting qualitative field research, collecting and organising research data, and managing information within the organisation. You will work closely with local communities and partners to ensure reliable data. The ideal candidate has an affinity with textiles, culture or research, possesses strong analytical skills and is meticulous in information management. Proficiency in Dutch is required. Experience with qualitative research is an advantage.
