Director VOS — Ministry of Education, Science and Culture — Paramaribo

The Ministry of Education, Science and Culture in Paramaribo is seeking a Director for VOS. In this full-time leadership role with the Government of Suriname, you will provide direction to the organisation and take responsibility for its day-to-day management and development. You develop and implement policy, lead the management team and represent the organisation to external partners and authorities. You are also responsible for sound business operations and achieving the set objectives. We are looking for an experienced leader with vision, decisiveness and strong communication skills. You have demonstrable management experience and an excellent command of Dutch. An affinity with the education sector is an advantage.
