The Ministry of Education, Science and Culture is recruiting a Director for the Institute for Teacher Training (IOL) in Paramaribo. In this full-time leadership role, you will steer the institute's strategic direction and contribute to the quality of teacher training programmes in Suriname. You hold final responsibility for daily management, policy and collaboration with internal and external partners. You also represent the institute in consultations with the ministry and other educational institutions. We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong vision for education and extensive knowledge of teacher training.
