Head of the Pedological Institute — Ministry of OWC — Paramaribo

The Ministry of Education, Science and Culture (OWC) is looking for an expert and committed leader for the position of Head of the Pedological Institute in Paramaribo. In this full-time role, you will lead the institute and be responsible for coordinating and safeguarding the quality of pedagogical and orthopedagogical services. You will manage staff, develop policy, and ensure effective collaboration with schools and external partners. We are seeking a candidate with a relevant academic background and extensive experience in education or youth care, preferably in a leadership position. You have excellent Dutch language skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to motivate and connect people.
