The Ministry of Natural Resources of the Government of Suriname is looking for a Technical Assistant (TA) for the planetGOLD programme, based in Paramaribo. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to making small-scale gold mining in Suriname more sustainable. As Technical Assistant, you will support project implementation on technical and operational matters, collect and analyse data, and provide substantive input to reports and project documentation. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and serve as a point of contact for technical issues within the programme. The ideal candidate has a technical or IT-related background, strong analytical skills, and excellent command of Dutch.
