Job description
Constructor is seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Success Manager with excellent command of French. In this full-time role, you will build long-term relationships with customers and ensure they get maximum value from Constructor's solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for strategic clients, guiding them through every stage of their journey.
Your responsibilities include tracking customer goals, identifying improvement opportunities and acting as the link between the customer and internal teams. You will report on customer satisfaction and contribute to retention and growth of the client base. A customer-focused mindset and strong analytical skills are essential.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in customer success or account management, speaks fluent French and Dutch, and knows how to build trust at senior level. You work independently and are comfortable in an international, dynamic environment.
