As Service Manager, you will supervise the service team and ensure that customer inquiries and complaints are handled professionally and within set deadlines. You monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement processes that increase customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in a supervisory service role, possesses strong communication skills, and knows how to motivate a team. You are customer-oriented, solution-driven, and resilient under pressure. Proficiency in Dutch is required.
