In this full-time role, you will lead a team of customer advisors on a daily basis and help build a strong service culture and high performance. You guide, coach and motivate your team, safeguard the quality of customer interactions and ensure targets and KPIs are met. You also identify improvement opportunities, support training and development, and act as the link between the team and management.
