OKTOBER is looking for a (Senior) Retention Manager with a strong focus on email marketing. In this full-time role based in Paramaribo, you will work on retaining and strengthening customer relationships through thoughtful, data-driven email campaigns. You will be responsible for setting up, executing and optimising retention strategies that keep customers engaged and encourage repeat purchases. You will analyse customer behaviour, translate insights into concrete campaigns and collaborate closely with marketing and design teams. Experience with email marketing tools and a numerical mindset are essential. The role is Dutch-speaking and can be performed remotely worldwide. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in retention marketing, excellent Dutch communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented attitude. You will have the freedom to work independently within a dynamic, international environment.
