Smith+Nephew is seeking a driven Responsable Commercial for the hospital sector (AWM). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for commercial success within hospital accounts and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. You will represent a leading medical technology portfolio. Your duties include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying opportunities within hospital accounts and providing technical support during procedures. You will work closely with internal teams to translate customer needs into suitable solutions and report on commercial results. The ideal candidate has experience in medical sales or a comparable commercial role, speaks fluent French and Dutch, and possesses strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. You are independent, willing to travel and results-driven.
