Procurement Officer, Goods at Government of Suriname — Paramaribo — Paramaribo

The Government of Suriname, through the Ministry of Natural Resources, is seeking a driven professional to prepare and manage Requests for Quotations and specific procurement notices for goods. In this full-time role in Paramaribo, you will oversee the complete procurement cycle: from drafting clear specifications to evaluating bids and ensuring compliance with applicable procurement procedures. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external suppliers to secure timely and transparent acquisition of goods. The ideal candidate brings analytical strength, strong attention to detail, and excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written. Experience with government tendering is an advantage.
