In this full-time role, you will focus on ensuring and improving the reliability of milling installations and associated equipment. You will analyse failures, develop maintenance strategies, and advise on improvements to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan. You will work closely with maintenance and production teams. The ideal candidate has a technical background, an analytical mindset, and an affinity with maintenance processes in an industrial environment.
