Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is looking for a Reliability Coordinator for their mining site in Brokopondo. In this coordinating role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring reliability strategies for installations and equipment. You will ensure that maintenance and operational processes are optimally aligned. You will coordinate reliability analyses, draw up maintenance plans, and work with technical teams to prevent failures. In addition, you will report on performance and advise management on improvements. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in reliability engineering or maintenance management, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
