Kersten Group of Companies is looking for a motivated Production Employee for their location in downtown Paramaribo. In this full-time role, you will play an important part in the production process and contribute to the quality our customers expect from us. As a Production Employee, you are responsible for carrying out production tasks according to established guidelines and quality standards. You work closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets and promptly report any deviations in the process. We are looking for a candidate with a practical mindset, attention to detail, and a strong team spirit. Experience in a production environment is an advantage, but motivation and reliability are just as important to us. Proficiency in Dutch is required.
