Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is looking for an analytical and structured Mill Planner for our mining operation in Brokopondo. In this full-time role, you will play a central part in planning and coordinating the activities of our ore mill, aiming for optimal production and minimal downtime. You will prepare production and maintenance schedules, align them with the relevant departments, and monitor progress. You will identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and ensure accurate reporting to management. Safety and efficiency are always the priority. We are looking for a candidate with a technical or business background, strong planning skills, and good Dutch proficiency. Experience in mining or the process industry is an advantage.
