Concentrix is recruiting customer service representatives for the VodafoneZiggo team at Jagernath Lachmonstraat in Paramaribo. In this full-time role you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them courteously and professionally by phone, chat and email. You will join a dynamic international service environment with plenty of growth opportunities.
You will handle questions about products and services, resolve complaints carefully and log your contacts accurately in the systems. You will work with colleagues to raise customer satisfaction consistently.
