The Ministry of Education, Science and Culture, part of the Government of Suriname, is seeking an experienced professional for the internal position of Deputy Director of the Development Service and Vocational Education. In this full-time role in Paramaribo, you will be responsible for directing and further developing vocational education and the development service. You will translate educational policy into actionable programmes, safeguard the quality of educational offerings, and encourage innovation and collaboration with schools and partners. You will also advise management and report on progress and results. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the education sector, strong leadership and advisory skills, and excellent command of Dutch.
