ICT ServiceDesk Technician — Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. — Paramaribo

Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. welcomes an ICT ServiceDesk Technician to support our employees with a wide range of IT matters. This full-time position is based in Brokopondo and offers the chance to further develop your technical skills within a dynamic mining environment. You will be the first point of contact for users, resolve incidents involving hardware, software, and networks, and carefully log reports in our ticketing system. You will also install and configure workstations and contribute to a stable IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT qualification and has an affinity for customer-focused support. You communicate clearly in Dutch, work in a structured manner, and know how to set priorities. Experience in a comparable service desk role is an advantage.
