Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is looking for an experienced HR Advisor focused on employee engagement and labor relations. In this full-time role you will be the point of contact for employees and management on satisfaction, engagement and healthy working relationships. Based in Paramaribo, you will help shape a positive workplace culture within one of Suriname's largest mining organisations. You will advise managers on HR matters, drive engagement initiatives and support compliance with labor agreements. You will also identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration between teams. We are looking for a strong communicator with proven HR experience, ideally in an industrial or mining environment. You are analytical, discreet and fluent in Dutch.
