Growth Marketer at The Flex — Paramaribo — Paramaribo

The Flex is looking for a driven Growth Marketer for a full-time position in Suriname. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that increase the company's visibility and reach. You will work closely with the marketing team and report directly to management. Your duties include setting up and optimising online campaigns, analysing data, and identifying new growth opportunities. You will test different channels, measure results, and scale successful initiatives. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in digital marketing or growth hacking, is analytical and creative. You are results-oriented, independent, and have excellent command of Dutch. Knowledge of the Surinamese market is a plus.
