The Ministry of Education, Science and Culture is seeking a General Director for the Surinamese Museum Foundation in Paramaribo. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the museum and contribute to preserving and presenting Surinamese cultural heritage. You develop policy, manage the organisation and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors and government. You also drive public activities and educational programmes that make the museum accessible to a broad audience. We are looking for a decisive leader with an affinity for culture and heritage, and demonstrable management experience.
