Torarica Group is looking for a welcoming Front Desk Agent in the heart of Paramaribo. Our organisation comprises three leading hotels — Torarica Resort, Royal Torarica and Eco Torarica — with 357 rooms and over 63 years of hospitality experience in Suriname. As the first point of contact for our guests, you play a key role in their stay experience. In this full-time role you handle check-in and check-out procedures, answer guest enquiries and coordinate smoothly with colleagues across departments. You are the face of our hotel and help create a warm, professional atmosphere. We are looking for a candidate with excellent Dutch communication skills, a professional appearance and a naturally service-oriented mindset.
