Lecturer in Agroprocessing (Dairy Technology) — AdeKUS — Paramaribo

The Anton de Kom University of Suriname is seeking a part-time Lecturer in Agroprocessing with expertise in Dairy Technology for the Agricultural Production programme at the Faculty of Technological Sciences. You deliver lectures and practicals in Dairy Technology, conduct research and carry out management and committee duties. In doing so, you focus on food safety, hygiene and the production process of dairy products. You supervise students in their practical assignments and contribute to the quality and development of the curriculum. We are looking for an academically trained professional with expertise in dairy technology and demonstrable knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
