Faculty Director at Anton de Kom University of Suriname — Paramaribo — Paramaribo

Anton de Kom University of Suriname (AdeKUS) is seeking a Faculty Director for the Office of the Interfaculty for Graduate Studies and Research (IGSR) in Paramaribo. In this full-time role, you will contribute to policy development arising from the University's strategic plan, in close consultation with the Director of the AdeKUS Office and the Faculty Board. Once faculty policy has been established, you will be responsible for its implementation and for the evaluation of operational sub-processes. You will ensure efficient and transparent management of faculty processes and report to the Director of the Office. The ideal candidate has demonstrable leadership experience in an academic or comparable environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Dutch. Affinity with policy development and quality assurance in higher education is an advantage.
