TheHiveCareers is looking for an experienced and strategically minded Deputy CEO for our organisation in Paramaribo. In this full-time role, you will support the CEO in leading the organisation and share responsibility for daily management and long-term strategy.
You will translate strategic goals into concrete plans, lead teams, and ensure the efficient execution of operational processes. You will be a sparring partner for the management team and represent the organisation with internal and external stakeholders where needed.
