Contact Officer at Concentrix — Paramaribo — Paramaribo

Concentrix is looking for a Contact Officer to support a well-known Dutch bank, based at Jaggernath Lachmonstraat in Paramaribo. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their questions and requests in a professional and customer-focused manner. You will manage incoming contacts via phone and digital channels, accurately record information in the systems, and ensure correct handling in line with the bank's guidelines. You will also identify recurring questions and contribute to a positive customer experience. We are looking for a candidate with excellent command of Dutch, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Experience in customer contact or the financial sector is a plus.
