Call Center Agent at Clean & Green Services — Paramaribo — Paramaribo

Clean & Green Services is looking for a customer-focused Call Center Agent for its Paramaribo location. In this full-time role you are the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and professional telephone service. You handle incoming calls, accurately log questions and requests in the system, and refer callers to the right department where needed. You also confirm appointments and follow up on customer queries until they are fully resolved. The ideal candidate communicates fluently in Dutch, stays calm and friendly under pressure, and has an eye for detail. Experience in customer contact or a call center is a plus, but a eager-to-learn and reliable attitude matters just as much to us.
