Vinted, the leading online platform for second-hand fashion, is looking for a BPO Sales Manager, Network Acquisition & Optimisation for our operations in Paramaribo. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for expanding and optimising our global network of business process outsourcing partners. You will identify new BPO opportunities, negotiate contracts and build lasting relationships with external partners. You will also analyse performance, drive quality and efficiency, and work closely with internal teams to elevate our customer service. You report to management and contribute to Vinted's growth strategy. We are looking for a commercially strong professional with experience in sales, partner management or BPO.
