Head of Student Administration & Guidance — SAO, Paramaribo — Paramaribo

The Foundation for Labour Mobilisation and Development (SAO) — under the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Youth Affairs — is seeking a Head for its Student Administration & Guidance Department (CAB). In this full-time role in Paramaribo, you will be responsible for managing administrative processes related to students and coordinating guidance programmes. You ensure accurate registration of student data, monitor deadlines and support the team in daily operations. You also serve as the point of contact for student enquiries and internal departments. We are looking for a structured, service-oriented professional with leadership capabilities and excellent command of Dutch.
