Torarica Group of Hotels is looking for a driven Assistant Banquet Manager for our locations in Paramaribo. Our group consists of Torarica Resort, Royal Torarica and Eco Torarica, together 357 rooms and over 63 years of hospitality experience. Our banquet department plays a central role in major events. In this full-time role you support the Banquet Manager in planning, coordinating and executing banquets and gatherings. You lead the banquet team during events, safeguard service quality and ensure smooth collaboration with the kitchen and other departments. We are looking for a candidate with leadership capabilities and proven experience in banqueting, hospitality or event management.
